A "first and fees" lease, commonly known as a $0 down payment lease, requires you to pay the cost of the tax, title, license, fees, and first month's payment at signing. This lease does not include, or require, a down payment. A "sign and drive" lease requires no payment at signing, with you making your first monthly payment 30 days later.
